We aim to respond to ordinary support requests within two business days. This email is not monitored as an emergency service.

Member support

Email us or sign in and open Contact/Support from the site footer to submit a private support ticket. Use the email address connected to your membership and do not include passwords, complete card numbers, financial credentials, or full identification numbers.

Safety concerns

Use the Report or Block tools on the relevant member profile or conversation whenever possible. This preserves the member and activity identifiers needed for review. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 or local emergency services.

Privacy and billing

For privacy requests, select “Privacy request” or “Privacy appeal.” For billing questions, include the date and amount of the charge and the last four digits of the payment method. Never send a complete card number.
