Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a binding agreement, identify as Republican, and be seeking a heterosexual relationship. You may not use the service if you were previously removed or are prohibited by law.

Provide accurate information, use your own current photographs, protect your password, and update information that changes. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, automated, or created for another person without authorization.

You may not use The RIGHT One to commit, attempt, plan, promote, solicit, facilitate, conceal, encourage, or profit from any illegal or unlawful activity. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, fraud, scams, identity theft, financial crimes, violence, threats of violence, exploitation, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, stalking, harassment, coercion, abuse, prostitution, illegal drug activity, money laundering, extortion, and any other conduct that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law.

You also may not use the service to aid, abet, recruit for, advertise, coordinate, or communicate in furtherance of unlawful activity. Suspected illegal conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, preservation of relevant evidence, and disclosure to law enforcement when required or permitted by law.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. Impersonation, financial solicitation, requests for money or gifts, spam, scraping, malicious code, unauthorized access, commercial recruitment, escort services, compensated companionship, and attempts to evade safety or verification controls are prohibited whether or not the conduct results in criminal charges.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant The RIGHT One a limited, nonexclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate it only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or threatens member safety.

Every member must complete identity and age verification through Stripe Identity before profile approval, discovery, matching, or messaging. Verification confirms identity information but is not a criminal-background check and does not guarantee that a member is safe, honest, compatible, or trustworthy. Use independent judgment, keep early communication on-platform, meet publicly, and report concerns.

Compatibility scores and introductions are estimates, not promises. Private messaging is available only as allowed by the service and is not sold through credits or pay-per-message charges. We do not arrange compensated dates or transfer money between members. A match never replaces consent.

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel through the billing-management tools before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the paid billing period. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy provides additional details.

We may review reports, request verification, restrict features, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful investigations. Serious safety violations may result in immediate removal without advance notice.

The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and “as available.” Members remain responsible for their decisions, communications, meetings, and safety.

We may update these Terms and will post the effective date. These Terms are governed by Texas law without limiting consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions may be submitted through our Contact and Support page.
