How The RIGHT One collects, uses, shares, protects, and deletes personal information.
We collect account details, profile information, photos and voice responses, general-area location, messages, likes, passes, matches, reports, blocks, safety-tool entries, device and security data, billing status, and support communications.
Profiles may reveal faith, political alignment, relationship preferences, family plans, and other sensitive information. We process it for values-based matching, profile display, moderation, fraud prevention, and requested features.
Stripe processes identity-verification and payment information under its own privacy practices. The RIGHT One receives verification and subscription status and identifiers needed to operate trust and billing features; we do not need to store full identity documents or complete card numbers in member profiles.
We use information to operate accounts, profiles, matching, messaging, verification, billing, support, moderation, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. We share information with service providers, with members according to profile visibility, and when required for law, safety, or fraud prevention. We do not sell personal or biometric data.
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for service operation, safety, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or an appeal through our Contact and Support page.
The service is for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We may update this policy and will post the new effective date.
