Refund and Cancellation Policy

Premium memberships are recurring digital subscriptions billed at the price and interval displayed at checkout. Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically using the saved payment method.

You may cancel before your next renewal through the site’s Manage Billing tool. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless the checkout terms state otherwise, premium access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period.

Subscription charges are generally nonrefundable and we do not ordinarily provide prorated refunds for unused time, changes of mind, lack of matches, or account inactivity. We will provide refunds when required by applicable law. We may also correct confirmed duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized charges after review.

If a free trial, beta period, or promotional offer is available, the duration, renewal price, eligibility, and cancellation deadline shown at checkout control. Cancel before the stated deadline to avoid the first paid renewal.

Members removed or restricted for violating the Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, safety rules, or law are not entitled to a refund except where required by law.

Submit billing questions promptly through our Contact and Support page using the email address on the account. Include the charge date, amount, and last four digits of the payment method; never send a full card number or password.
